We require at least 24 hours advanced notice or you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.

We offer both in-person and virtual sessions for Oregon residents only. We also offer in-person and virtual sessions regardless of your location. We use a secure HIPAA platform to conduct these video sessions which you can access on your computer, tablet, or phone.

We currently NOT accept the following insurance, yet I can provide out-of-network with all insurance companies.  After paying our negotiated rate at the time of your session, I will happily provide you with a receipt/superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you  meet criteria for a DSM TR diagnosis that your insurance covers, they will then directly refund you whatever percentage of my fee they consider "allowable". 

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

*Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

*what is my out-of-network coverage for an out-patient mental health visit. *

* Is there a separate out-of-network deductible that has to be met before benefits kick in. *

*If you commonly meet your out-of-pocket maximum , it would also be good to know "do out-of-network costs count towards my out-of-pocket max? *
